The few modules announced include a projector, JBL SoundBoost, and Incipio offGRID™ Power Pack. You can also snap on new shells for the phone to change its style in seconds.
Operating System/Software
The Moto Z will ship with the latest Android, 6.0.1 Marshmallow, and feature the usual set of Motorola apps.
Availability
The Moto Z Droid will be a Verizon exclusive this summer, with an unlocked version coming out in September. The Moto Z Force Droid will only be a Verizon exclusive.
Pricing has not yet been announced.
Conclusion
The new flagship phones from Motorola are definitely great phones. Very thin yet durable, amazing battery life, and nice cameras. In addition, Moto Mods is a great way to add features to your phones with just a snap. So far it looks light it could compete with flagships like the iPhone 6s, Galaxy S7, and LG G5. This will be clearer when prices are released.
